About FullBore

Fullbore drilling and lining W.L.L. (“fullbore”) is a specialized contractor recently established in the state of Qatar to contribute to the underserved tunneling market. Though recently established, Fullbore’s principals and key personnel are veterans of this specialty with over 24 years combined experience in this specialized area.

Fullbore’s general manager, Mr. Amr Hussain, is one of the pioneers of micro tunneling in the region having established the first tunneling company in 1997 and since then has overseen the drilling and pipe jacking of over 70 kilometers in the region. also he was has been providing specialize sub-consultancy services of the micro tunneling and horizontal directional drilling projects for some major consultancy firms in the gulf region such as Parsons International (Oman), Tebodin (UAE) and KEO (UAE), his consultancy services provided included the preparation of tunneling works particular specification for the projects as A’seeb waste water management project at Muscat (Oman), third party evaluation reports of tunneling works, etc.


Our Mission

Fullbore’s mission in Qatar is to provide drilling and lining services using state of the art equipment and cutting edge technology from the top suppliers such as Herrenknecht to deliver results right the first time. We have invested heavily in our plant to mitigate the risk of human error in this challenging area of construction.

Even the most precise and advanced equipment, cannot alone achieve this goal without the right people operating it. To this end, Fullbore has assembled a peerless multinational team of experts through an elaborate and painstaking headhunting exercise that has taken over a year to complete.
